Tell us. Every number on this site is either computed by an engine we document and test, or traced to a source we name. If a figure looks wrong, it's either a mistake worth fixing or a source worth re-checking, and both are useful to us.

Include the page and the figure you're questioning. If you have a source that contradicts ours, send it — we've corrected published pages on reader evidence before, and we'll say so on the page when we do.

Help us fill in what cruise lines won't publish

This is the one where readers can do something we genuinely can't.

Cruise lines disclose their casino programs in halves, and rarely the same half. Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Carnival, NCL and Holland America publish their earn rates. Princess publishes a full certificate chart and no rate; Virgin publishes tier thresholds and no rate; Holland America publishes the rate and no thresholds at all. MSC publishes neither. Where a figure circulating online traces back to a forum post rather than a cruise line, we label it as reported rather than published.

The numbers do exist. They're printed on cards at the players club desk and on displays in the casino. A photo settles it, and we'll do the math, publish it, and credit you however you'd like — a username, or nothing at all.

That's not hypothetical: a reader's photo of a slot machine's lifetime meters produced the only public RTP figures for cruise-ship slots anywhere, and a walk around a casino floor produced our ship-by-ship slot directory.

What we're missing, line by line

Celebrity Cruises — Blue Chip Club

  • The Reward Points → FreePlay conversion rate. One secondary source says 50 points = $1 with a $5 minimum; a redemption you've actually made would confirm it.
  • Any successful Blue Chip ↔ Club Royale tier match. Celebrity's terms provide for 'any Blue Chip tier match program', but across 2024–2026 no player has reported one being granted.

Virgin Voyages — Sea Roller Rewards

  • Confirmation of the earn rate. Virgin publishes its tier bands but not the $-per-point — a photo of the rate card would move ours from 'reported' to confirmed.
  • What an offer match actually produced for you, and which program you matched from.

MSC Cruises — Signature Player Rewards

  • A photo of the Dream Points earn-rate card at the players club desk — the $-per-point figure for slots and video poker.
  • The UChoose redemption chart: how many Dream Points each cruise length and stateroom category takes.
  • Your own redemption, if you've used one — points spent and what you got. That's how the Club Royale FreePlay rate got verified.

Holland America — Players Club

  • Whether the Players Club has point tiers at all, and their thresholds. The website names benefit groups (VIP, Tournaments, Ultimate Games, Prestige) but never says how many points reach them.
  • Any free-cruise or dollars-off certificate chart, onboard or by mail — Holland America publishes none.
  • The instant casino-cash rate, if it's posted — some report ~$10 per 1,000 slot points.

Princess Cruises — Players Advantage

  • Your earn rate from a 2026 sailing — points earned against roughly what you cycled. Every figure we have is from 2025, and Princess changed the rate once already without announcing it.
  • What your tier match produced, if you've used one — which program you matched from and what Princess gave you.
  • Whether table play earned you anything worth measuring. Princess rates tables on time and average bet, and player reports of what that's worth differ by more than an order of magnitude.

Please don't take risks to get this

Only photograph what's already in plain view. Don't open menus on a machine, don't ask crew to show you anything, and don't linger over a screen that isn't yours. A rate card sitting on the desk is fair game; nothing beyond that is worth it. That rule is for your protection, not ours — and no figure on this site is worth a conversation with ship security.
