How this simulation works
Rules modeled
Big Six (money wheel / wheel of fortune): a vertical wheel of 54 pockets faced with currency ($1, $2, $5, $10, $20) plus two special logo pockets. Bet any of the seven layout spots; a spot wins if the wheel stops on a matching pocket and pays its face ($1 pays 1:1 … $20 pays 20:1). Each special wins only on its own pocket. Specials pay 45:1 as posted at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood (photo-confirmed); the simulator also offers the 40:1 and 47:1 schedules other casinos post.
Assumptions
Standard published US wheel composition: 24×$1, 15×$2, 7×$5, 4×$10, 2×$20, and the two specials (the photos are too angled to count pockets, so the composition is cited to the published standard; our solver reproduces every published edge from it exactly). Fair wheel, uniform pockets, fun credits only. House edge is per wager; there are no pushes.
Mathematical basis
Every figure is an exact enumeration over the 54 pockets (integer fractions, no simulation in the source of truth): $1 spot 11.11% (exactly 1/9), $2 16.67%, $10 18.52%, $5 and $20 22.22%, specials 24.07% at 40:1, 14.81% at 45:1, 11.11% at 47:1. The Monte-Carlo lab only validates against these numbers.
Validation
Independently reviewed before publication (gate D-008): every edge re-derived from first principles and the wheel array brute-force enumerated pocket-by-pocket by a reviewer who did not write the module. The simulator is validated against the solver at 6 seeds × 200k spins per bet.
